Where astrophotography requires clear skies and meticulous planning, the joy in photographing trees and forests is the spontaneity. A dash of sunlight, the atmosphere of fog, the magic of snow, all of these ingredients are constantly in flux, creating photographs that are genuinely moments in time. Creating these kinda of photographs is where I’m most relaxed.
